At Logitrans Handling you can enjoy a broad and exciting function as Customer Success Technician. Because as a CST you are partly responsible for the success of our customers with our products.
Function
- You are not only responsible for repairs and maintenance on ergonomic lifting equipment, but with your customer-oriented mindset you give a boost to the performance of our customers, who are active in a wide range of sectors.
- You will be specifically trained as a product expert in Lifting Trolleys and Mobile Order Pickers, two product groups with enormous growth potential.
- After this, you take the lead in the after-sales service for these products, in which proactive thinking with the customer plays a central role.
- As a product expert, you will also have a say in the customer's orientation phase, where he can call on your knowledge to exploit the full potential of our products.
Profile
- You get energy from satisfied customers.
- You are flexible and in possession of a driving licence B.
- You can work independently, but are also a real team player.
- You have a bachelor or A2 degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
