The electric pallet warehouse is the perfect device for any industrial environment.
In almost every industry, pallets are being used. Both EURO pallets, CHEP pallets and disposable pallets.
The weight of a pallet is easily between 15 and 25 kg, which is a considerable weight.
Suppliers often deliver pallets in stacks and these often have to be stacked again after use.
The electric pallet warehouse reduces the manual handling of pallets.
This device is fully electrically operated and is plugged into a normal wall socket.
It is possible to fill the electric pallet warehouse completely with pallets. It then lifts all the pallets, except the bottom one, so that the worker can remove one pallet with a transpallet.
In this way, staff do not have to drag a pallet from a stack, which reduces serious back injuries.
Conversely, the unit can also lift the pallets to add an empty one at the bottom of the stack. Afterwards, the unit places the top pallets on the new pallet and again picks up the bottom pallet.
This device has a strong impact on the ergonomics within an organisation. But it also contributes to safety and savings.
Because the electric pallet warehouse creates stacks of up to 25 pallets, without any strain on personnel, smaller stacks need to be removed less frequently.
This means that less traffic such as forklifts is needed, which reduces the risk of a work-related accident.
When staff handle pallets manually, it often happens that they drop them from the stack or throw them to get into a stack. This leads to damage to both pallet and floor.
Stacking everything in an electric pallet warehouse ensures a longer life for a pallet and also prevents damage to the floor.
