The electric stacker of Logitrans manipulates without difficulty loads up to 1200kg up to a maximum height of 3300mm.
All electric stackers are distinguished by their flexible use in the production process. This means that due to a replaceable fork carriage, different tools can be mounted in no time in order to use the electric stacker for a different application. Some examples are:
The table below summarises some of the key features of the electric pedestrian stacker with fork carriage. If you would like more information, you can download the full brochure at the bottom of the table or contact us for direct advice.

Logitrans has many years of experience in making the electric stacker. Consequently the Logitrans stackers have undergone many evolutions and innovations to become the lifting solution they are today.
The stackers of Logitrans are characterised by the unique Flexline function. This function ensures that a stacker can be used for different applications.
This is where the first difference in the range lies. The electric stacker with fixed fork carriage and the one with Flexline.
The powered stacker truck with fixed fork carriage is used for familiar activities such as horizontal and vertical handling of different pallets.
Those that have a flexible fork carriage are used for many other applications in addition to the classic manipulation of pallets.
For example, lifting and tilting drums, carrying rollers and mounting them easily on machines, and much more, are no problem for this device.
All stackers are characterised by flexible construction. This applies to the application, headroom and fork length.
Furthermore Logitrans optimises this electric stacker in terms of manoeuvrability, ergonomics and safety.
Thus, even the largest stackers are still very manoeuvrable due to a compact construction. These machines are a lot less wide and long than their known competitors.
The Multiflex also plays a major role in how manoeuvrable the device is. This is a button on the handle that allows the user to use the unit while the handle is in the upright position. It goes without saying that this Multiflex feature allows these powered stackers to take very short turning angles.
For safety reasons, all electric stackers have rounded corners. In this way Logitrans wants to avoid damage to people and the environment.
Furthermore, this unit has an emergency button on the handlebar. This function ensures that the user cannot become trapped between the lifting device and an object behind.
The wheels are also safely tucked away to protect the feet.
In some cases it is not possible to drive under a pallet with the forks, for example a block pallet.
In such a situation it is possible to obtain the electric stacker in wide track version. This means that the legs are set wider apart so that the lift can go around the pallet.
In this way, the forks can still lift the pallet without the legs blocking the lifting.
The electric wide-track stacker is sometimes also called the electric straddle stacker.
"Logitrans showed a lot of flexibility to build a custom-made elevator. Thanks to Logitrans, the ergonomics for our technicians during maintenance has improved and we have a device that is compact, which makes moving between machines very easy."
