The manual stacker truck from Logitrans is a good partner for handling loads up to 1000 kg.
All manual stackers can be used flexibly in your processes because of the unique Flexline feature. This means that with a replaceable fork carriage, different tools can be fitted in no time to use the manual stacker for a different application. Some examples are:
The table below summarises some of the key features of the manual stacker with standard fork carriage. If you need more information, you can download the full brochure at the bottom of the table or contact us for immediate advice.

The manual wide-track stacker is the simplest version of the wide-track stackers.
This version was created after the introduction of pallets that do not have a full opening, such as block pallets.
Thanks to the unique Flexline function Logitrans can distinguish the manual stackers in units with a flexible and with a fixed fork carriage.
The Flexline is a flexible fork carriage, which means that the fork carriage can be replaced by different toolings.
These toolings are easily adaptable. This allows you to quickly use the manual wide-track stacker for tilting drums, hoisting components and much more.
In addition to the variety of toolings, this unit is also very flexible to build. For example, numerous options are available for fork length, lifting height and building height.
In some cases, it is not possible to drive under a pallet with the forks, as is the case with a block pallet.
With a block pallet, the opening is blocked on all sides by a floor board, which makes it impossible to drive in with the ordinary manual stacker and then lift it.
In such a situation, it is convenient to use a manual wide-track stacker to drive around the pallet and, at the same time, to get the forks under the pallet.
For intensive use, it is advisable to opt for the electric wide-track stacker.
Manoeuvrability, safety and ergonomics are also three pillars that Logitrans wants to respond to with each unit.
We try to keep each device as compact as possible so that it can also be used in narrower environments.
The 180° rotation angle contributes to the manoeuvrability. This, together with the compact dimensions, makes it possible to manoeuvre in small aisles.
To limit damage to people and the environment, all manual stackers have rounded corners.
The wheels are also securely tucked away to protect the user's feet.
Logitrans wants to burden the user as little as possible. In order to prevent complaints, Logitrans has designed an ergonomic handle. This ensures a relaxed grip and posture for the user throughout the day.
"Logitrans showed a lot of flexibility to build a custom-made elevator. Thanks to Logitrans, the ergonomics for our technicians during maintenance has improved and we have a device that is compact, which makes moving between machines very easy."
