The manual stacker truck from Logitrans is a good partner for handling loads up to 1000 kg.
All manual stackers can be used flexibly in your processes because of the unique Flexline feature. This means that with a replaceable fork carriage, different tools can be fitted in no time to use the manual stacker for a different application. Some examples are:
The table below summarises some of the key features of the manual stacker with standard fork carriage. If you need more information, you can download the full brochure at the bottom of the table or contact us for immediate advice.

The manual stacker is the most basic version among the stackers. However, these manual versions have also come a long way. Due to the many evolutions and innovations through the years, the manual stacker of Logitrans is one of the best machines in its category.
This stacker is suitable for light intensive use. For more intensive use, the semi-electric or electric stacker should be used.
Thanks to the unique Flexline function Logitrans can distinguish the manual stackers in two groups. The machines with a flexible or the ones with a fixed fork carriage.
So the Flexline does provide the flexible fork carriage and allows the fork carriage to be replaced by other toolings.
The manual stacker with a fixed fork carriage is used for pallet handling, while the others are used for a wide range of applications.
Lifting and tilting drums, carrying rollers and mounting them easily on machines are no problem for this manual stacker, thanks to the Flexline function.
Logitrans also guarantees optimisation in terms of manoeuvrability, ergonomics and safety.
Thus, even the largest stackers are still very manoeuvrable due to a compact construction. These machines are a lot less wide and long than their known competitors.
For safety reasons, all manual stackers have rounded corners. In this way Logitrans wants to avoid damage to people and the environment.
The wheels are also securely tucked away to protect the user's feet.
In some cases, it is impossible to drive under a pallet, e.g. block pallets.
In such a situation, it is possible to obtain the manual stacker in a wide track version. This means that the width of the legs can be adjusted as required.
In this way, the forks can still lift the pallet without the legs blocking the lifting.
"Logitrans showed a lot of flexibility to build a custom-made elevator. Thanks to Logitrans, the ergonomics for our technicians during maintenance has improved and we have a device that is compact, which makes moving between machines very easy."
