The Logitrans electric highlifter is a familiar face in the workplace and almost indispensable in almost every industry.
This high-lift pallet truck is mainly used for transporting wooden pallets. Thanks to its electric lifting motor, the electric high lifter raises the load to an ergonomic working height without any effort. Lowering is also done electrically, which lowers the pallet much faster.
The construction of the unit was completely adjusted to the needs of the users. As a result, this high-lift is no longer a standard solution, but comes with many innovations as standard.
Thanks to the electric lifting and lowering, the pallet rises easily, without creating any inconvenience. The electric lowering ensures that the load drops faster than other competitors that only lift electrically. This ensures that staff can work more efficiently.
Like the manual highlifter, the electric version has a unique lifting cylinder. It consists of two parts and strongly reduces the height of the highlifter. This has a positive effect on safety and manoeuvrability.
Furthermore, this two-piece cylinder also provides a unique lifting capacity of 1500 kg. The Logitrans highlifter is the only highlifter on the market that can lift this weight.
From a height of 470mm this capacity is reduced to 1000kg.
Finally, there is the design of the handle. It was ergonomically developed so that the user can enjoy a relaxed posture all day long.
The compact height ensures the operator a safe overview of the load at all times. This automatically leads to less risk of work accidents when manoeuvring the load.
Logitrans reduces further accidents by rounding all corners of the pallet. This reduces the risk of damage to people and the environment.
Finally, the electric highlifter offers another advantage. It can be used for various applications. For example, the highlifter is often used as an alternative to a lift table or a standard pallet.
Installing the level control option for the electric highlifter makes it even more ergonomic.
This option will ensure that the load is automatically raised to the right height. When a load is positioned in front of the eye, it descends so that it can be stacked on top of it. Conversely, the load rises until it is in front of the eye so that it can be easily unstacked.
The electric highlifter is also available in stainless steel. These are devices that are used in places where hygiene plays an important role.
Cleaning is a frequent activity in these sectors and the stainless steel version will ensure that the appliance does not rust.
