As user-friendly as a lifting aid may be, a successful device stands or falls with a smooth suspension system. After all, a lightweight lifting aid in a heavy footbridge is like racing a sports car across a meadow. And Tawi's lightweight rolling bridge excels in its flexibility.

This rail system usually consists of two longitudinal beams connected by one or more transverse beams. For some applications, a single girder may be more than sufficient; this is then called a monorail.

A light steel or aluminium rolling bridge

A capacity up to 500 kg is perfectly possible, although here, of course, a stronger steel construction will be chosen. For lighter applications Logitrans provides an aluminium construction, in combination with the vacuum lifters.

Hanging from the roof or on porches.

A lightweight rolling bridge must of course be suspended. In many cases we hang it from the roof. Logitrans provides the necessary auxiliary construction if required. By attaching an overhead crane to the roof, you avoid poles getting in the way later.

If the strength of the roof still does not allow this, we can always create a construction based on columns, if necessary only erected on one side of the light roller bridge. Given the diverse environments we encounter, no challenge is too much for us.

A lightweight crane is recommended when you want to achieve a larger working range or when you want to operate several workstations with the same span. We can install several lifting aids in one crane.

Alternatives

Alternative solutions are also available. This can be a mobile order picker, but also a column slewing crane, whether mobile or wall mounted.

A telescopic rail system can also sometimes prove to be the simple solution to a complex problem.
