For this, Integral called in the help of Logitrans Handling. After a short web search Integral came to Logitrans and, as an experienced distributor of ergonomic lifting solutions, Logitrans was trusted to visit the new joinery and optimise it ergonomically.
A convenient solution to a common challenge
Integral wanted to load both the new panel sizing machine and the new CNC machine with a single solution. Integral also wanted only one operator to place a sheet on these machines.
For this purpose, it was decided to work with a vacuum lifting system that was attached to the roof by means of a rail system that spans 144m².
The danger when manipulating large sheets is often the stability. Therefore Logitrans has provided a modified suction foot that grips the plate at various points, ensuring stable and safe operation.
